Our specialized Kettleburn workouts use a combination of (HIIT) High Intensity Interval Training and functional strength training with kettlebells to get your body to burn twice as much fat in half the time of traditional workouts. You will maximize the bodies unique potential to burn calories for up to 48 hours post workout, otherwise known as the Afterburn (Kettleburn) effect.
Every group training session is led by an experienced and certified kettlebell trainer and is designed to be fun, high energy and challenging all while burning maximum fat and toning your muscles.
