Our Story

KettleFit is high intensity functional strength training using kettlebells. KettleFit is the innovative creation of two cousins both with an extensive background in Elite Sport.

KettleFit provides a complete Fitness Fix in 45 minutes: Cardio, Strength, Core and Mobility.

You will be challenged both mentally and physically by very high intensity training sessions that build high levels of cardiovascular endurance and also burn more than 800 calories per session!

They have designed a unique kettle bell workouts training system based on the knowledge and skills gained from Professional Sport. The functional full body training methods utilise the latest in performance training equipment.
