Strength and conditioning is a scientific and evidence based method of training used to improve all and more of the following areas; strength, power, agility, balance, flexibility, muscle endurance, cardiovascular endurance, strength endurance, and co-ordination.
Kettlebell training is a great way to develop your strength and conditioning, and combines many elements into a single workout program. Kettlebell training is about taking you to the next level. Core Body Workout

The core muscles are a critical muscle to build and maintain not only for great fitness, but for many day-to-day activities. The core muscles are complex series of muscles that help with nearly all movement of the human body, and are not just about the abs.

The core muscles act as an isometric and dynamic stabiliser for many activities. The core muscles are often buried deep beneath the visible muscle layer and are three dimensional in their depth and plain of human movement. The core also supports many of the ‘prime mover’ muscles, that can assist in many strength exercises.

While the core muscles are not prime movers themselves, they great assist in the strength, endurance, flexibility and motor control function of your entire body.

Kettlebell training helps to build your core muscles like no other exercises. During kettlebell training you will be working your core without even knowing it, as your core is engaged by default in nearly every exercise used.

High Intensity Interval Workout (HIIT)

High intensity interval training, or HIIT, involves adding short bursts of intense ‘bursts’ of activity into your training. HIIT is a well known way of getting fitness results fast.
